Applicable Law

Use of HausNet’s website and services requires the acceptance of arbitration to settle any disputes. Disputes shall be arbitrated by a an arbitrator selected by HausNet, under jurisdiction of Delaware laws. No damages awarded by arbitration shall exceed the the amount paid by the user for services during the billing period coinciding with the event causing the dispute.
